Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing before the delivery timeframe begins.

Domestic Delivery (Singapore)
For orders within Singapore, delivery takes 1–3 working days after the processing period.

International Delivery
For international orders, please allow 5–15 business days for delivery after the processing period.

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are calculated based on the order value, which will be covered by the customer or recipient.

International: Free shipping on orders over 170SGD

People Like Us is not liable for shipping fees, return costs, customs charges, or handling fees once a parcel has left our dispatch point. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the recipient rejects the parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver due to an uncontactable recipient.

Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If your order isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help you sort it out.

At this stage, return shipping costs are covered by you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
→ Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — tags attached, no scents, stains, or pet hair
→ In its original packaging
→ Initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
→ Not a final sale or limited-release item

→ Your order number
→ The reason you're requiring a return
→ Photos of the product (and any damages, if applicable)

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
